MouldThreat’s Terms of Engagement set out the basis on which mould surveying, diagnostic and expert reporting services are provided.
These Terms define scope of instruction, limitations, report use, reliance, liability and client responsibilities. They apply to all MouldThreat services unless expressly stated otherwise.
The current Terms of Engagement are being finalised and will be published here shortly. A copy will be issued directly to clients at the point of instruction.
